Last night was another Scottish Martial Arts home show. I've a few photographs to work through but here's 1 for now. It was a great night, with some loud beats (the louder the base, the better) and even better fights. Is there anything better than watching real human dedication and passion in action.

I visited the Japanese Gardens recently with a friend. I had been before and really enjoyed it so suggested it for a catch up. It’s such a calm space as well as utterly beautiful. We had a walk around every gorgeous corner, over the bridges and then to a picnic table for a blether.
